Our team attended the Augmented Reality World Expo (AWE) in Long Beach, CA on June 18th-20th as a finalist in the “Best Art or Film” and “Best Indie Creator” Categories! While we didn’t win, it was an honor to share the stage with massive global projects and represent Seattle’s creative talents.

TRANCESTOR.AI, AN INTERACTIVE AI POETRY PROJECT

TRANCESTOR.AI is a large-scale AI + AR work that speaks and sparks in defense of a transgender future worth living through poetry. Then AI interaction is built by interdisciplinary queer and trans artists Mel Racho and Angelic Goldsky on a corpus of poems by Angelic Goldsky and commissioned works by trans poets across Canada. Future Artist Balraj Bains explores an Augmented Reality dimension of the TRANCESTOR.
Published in PublicDisplay.art JUNE-AUGUST issue and on a special poster edition artwork, TRANCESTOR launched in Seattle, WA during pride month and continues to grow and provide moments of healing for the trans and queer communities.
